CBS INTERACTIVE ANNOUNCES SENIOR APPOINTMENTS IN ASIA

Wendy Hogan appointed VP and Managing Director for APAC

Malti Peplow appointed Sales and Marketing Director for South East Asia

Singapore, 26th November, 2010: CBS Interactive, the world's leading destination for premium web content, announces the recent appointments of Wendy Hogan as Vice President and Managing Director and Malti Peplow as Sales and Marketing Director.

CBS Interactive in Asia is home to category-leading web destinations including CNET Australia, CNET Asia, ZDNet Australia, ZDNet Asia, Tech Republic, BNET.com, GameSpot and CNET Direct.

Having headed CBS Interactive Australia for ten years, CBS Interactive VP and Managing Director, Wendy Hogan new role now encompasses ASEAN and India, demonstrating CBS Interactive's strength and confidence in Asia's digital media market.

"Installing regional management marks the beginning of a new era for the company, where we will position ourselves in the best way possible to leverage cross border opportunities and capture market share with the exploding digital media scene in this region," says Adam Power, President of CBS Interactive International. As Sales and Marketing Director, South East Asia, Malti Peplow will be responsible for guiding and directing the sales, marketing and commercial partnership activity across CBS Interactive's brands in the region, which include CNET Asia, ZDNet Asia, CNET Direct, TechRepublic, BNET.com and the recently launched, GameSpot Asia.

Malti has over 12 years experience in the regional media industry, coming to CBS Interactive from Carlson Marketing Group working on an eCommerce project. Prior to this, Malti has worked in senior sales and management roles across mobile and broadcast at companies such as MTV, Freemantle Media and Foosti.

Malti's current priorities include establishing a new team in Singapore, and expanding the product portfolio with the imminent launch of GameSpot Asia and the re-launch of CNET Asia in January 2011.
