Logo Usage
Reference to the award and the use of the logo are restricted to the advertising, promoting, and packaging of the product that won the award. The award is given to a specific product and may not be used in association with any other product made or marketed by the winning firm and any subsequent version of the winning product. No other product produced by the manufacturer may use the logo unless that product has received a separate CNET Australia Editors' Choice Award on its own merit. Only the award-winning firm may use the logo; the winner's right to use the logo may not be sublicensed to any other person.
Reproducing the Logo
Reproduction of the CNET Australia logo must conform with the following specifications: the reproduction must be large enough so that the logo wording is legible and the details distinct; the form, colour, proportion, and wording must conform to those of the sample logo you received.
All creative material must be approved by CBS Interactive before it is distributed.
Termination of the Right to Use Logo
Use of the logo in a way that violates any of the above guidelines, or any of the amendments that CNET Australia or CBS Interactive Australia may make from time to time, shall immediately terminate the user's right to use or refer to the award.
