CNET Australia Hits The Airwaves Nationwide With New Tech Lifestyle Program

The CNET team hits the airwaves with the launch of Digital Life every Wednesday night on the Macquarie Radio Network


SYDNEY, 17 April, 2008 - The team from CNET.com.au are leaping from the Web and onto the airwaves with the launch of a new one-hour technology and digital lifestyle program called Digital Life in partnership with Macquarie Southern Cross Media (MSCM). MSCM owns Australia's largest network of commercial radio stations and will broadcast Digital Life to 43 stations nationally across The Hit Music Network.

"Given our recent push into web video and now into broadcast radio and podcasting, CNET.com.au is really putting the power back in the hands of our readers, allowing them to view, read and listen to the latest in tech and digital lifestyle news in whatever way they want to," said Wendy Hogan, VP & Managing Director, CNET Networks Australia.

Presented by MSCM's Cam St. Clair and Ella Morton, Features Editor for CNET.com.au, the show covers the latest news, cool products and burning issues impacting digital natives and tech newbies alike. Each week, Cam and Ella are joined by guest editors from CNET.com.au to share their expertise and provide insights on key tech issues and news around topics including Blu-ray, LCD vs Plasma, latest phone and game releases and more off-beat news from the web and across the globe.
