Josh Taylor, Journalist

brian Josh Taylor is a journalist who loves news and all things online. He broke into the tech journalism space in May 2010 when he joined the ZDNet Australia team. Prior to joining the ZDNet team, Josh gained experience as a freelance writer for publications including Same Same, City News and Reportage, but kept his nose in the news daily as a monitor, editor and client admin at Media Monitors. Josh now writes on government ICT and the Telco sector for ZDNet Australia.

He holds a B.A. in Computer Science and a Masters in Journalism and has been interviewed by mainstream media including 2SER and the ABC discussing tech topics and tech personalities in industry and government.

Outside of the technology scene, Josh is a bit of a pop-culture aficionado and considers himself as a "TV nerd", having a particular love of the work of Joss Whedon (Buffy, Firefly, Dollhouse etc).
