Irene Mickaiel
Irene joined CBS Interactive Australia in April 2008 as chief sub-editor. Before joining the company she worked for two years at IDG as Online Production Manager across the consumer and small business division.
Today she oversees sub-editing and production for sites such as CNET Australia, ZDNet.com.au, GameSpot.com.au, Builder AU, and BNET Australia. Before Irene became hooked on IT media, she worked on illustrated reference, lifestyle and education books.
When Irene's not working, she's always trying to find new things to take up her time. Some of her interests include photography, bushwalking, travelling, reading, computer games and trying her hand at adventure sports.
