| Links | An active URL must be provided as it will be linked from the video content area and cannot exceed 128 characters. |
| Third-party Serving & Tracking | Serving is not allowed. A 1x1 clickTag/url can be used to track clicks. |

| Frequency Capping | Serving is capped at 3 per hour per unique user. |
Submission Deadlines:
Two weeks prior to live date.
